Bramble - Dog - Greyhound - Male - Lincolnshire - Great Britain</title>
<link>http://www.petsr.org/animal?animal=465</link>
<description>As some of you may remember Bramble came to the kennel with Lauren, they were both left in a paddock up North to die.

We have no information on Bramble his tattoo is
unreadable, we think that he is approximately 2 years old. He is one of the tallest Greys I have ever seen, he has a lovely nature and loves people.

Bramble was in a home but I have been told that he suffers from severe seperation anxiety.

This lovely dark brindle with deep chocolate pools for eyes is a real softie that loves to be fussed. He is very undemanding of attention initially until he susses that you’re a soft touch and then he sticks to you like glue. But he’s so handsome that you’d forgive him anything!

Bramble travels well in the car, settling down quickly. He’s got long legs so likes to have room to stretch out.

Bramble walks brilliantly on the lead; he actually prefers to walk just behind you which is unusual. He can become a swirling demon if he sees something of interest – another dog running in the distance for example and you need to take care with the lead so that he doesn’t strain his neck. However, it’s for literally seconds and he’s back down to earth and as quiet as a mouse again! Bramble took no notice of any of the dogs he actually met or saw close to, nor of the people.

He seems to be a very loyal dog to his handler and concentrates his energies on them totally.

Bramble has since been to Crufts and was impeccable behaved, he stayed with Clare for a week and was completley clean indoors but you cannot leave him as even going to put the dustbin out is very stressfull for Bramble

He will need a home where someone is there 24/7 or can take him wherever they go.

You can see all of his adentures on the forum onder dogs for rehoming

Stripey - Dog - Greyhound - Female - Lincolnshire - Great Britain</title>
<link>http://www.petsr.org/animal?animal=464</link>
<description>This young lady is quite intriguing.

She behaves very well, walks beautifully on the lead, is responsive to commands and is alert and interested in her surroundings.

She travels well, once in, lies down quickly and is in no hurry to get out at the end of the journey.
The first couple we met, Stripey backed away and was really quite timid. Then later, we came across a small group of people where she was happy to be the star of the show.

In the garden, Stripey was happy to join in the play and like Prince, showed no jealousy or guarding of the toys.

Stripey likes her treats and is the only greyhound that has reacted so positively to the friendly barking of Harley, the retriever next door who always comes to say hello through the fence. Stripey pricked up her ears, helicoptered with her tail and went right up to the fence to sniff noses. She will make someone a lovely companion and will really blossom by taking the lead from someone who will give her time to overcome this initial shyness.

You can read all about Stripey on the ofrum in the Dogs for Rehoming section.

Molly - Dog - Greyhound - Female - Lincolnshire - Great Britain</title>
<link>http://www.petsr.org/animal?animal=463</link>
<description>She is a pretty, black girl with a lovely face and a lovely temperament to go with it.

Initially, Molly was strong on the lead, impatient to get on with the walk. She wasn’t terribly responsive to handler requests but I guess that’s an area to work on.

She enjoys the company of other dogs, which was demonstrated by her enthusiastic tail wagging upon meeting a couple of boy lurchers on the walk.

Molly would’ve loved a game of “chase me!” She made sure that the people fussed over her instead. Molly wasn’t fazed by a grumpy Doberman who was very loud and had to be sat still whilst we passed.

She had a fine time loose in the garden with Roxy and Sidney. She has bundles of energy and does springy jumping on the spot when playing. It was lovely to watch her.

Molly needed help getting in the car but this skill will come in time. Molly is a lovely character who will become a very sociable pet for someone soon.

Sally - Dog - Greyhound - Female - Lincolnshire - Great Britain</title>
<link>http://www.petsr.org/animal?animal=462</link>
<description>Sally is a very pretty little girl

Sally is lovely. She is quite dainty and has a cute bottom-wiggling walk which will endear her to you if her liquid chocolate eyes don’t get you!

Sally travels well, jumps in the car with no problem. She walks quite well on the lead. Curiously, Sally was a little strong pulling on the lead in eagerness on the outward journey but as soon as we turned around to walk back, she seemed to relax and was far more comfortable to walk with.

She was interested in her surroundings, had a good sniff, wasn’t fazed by the swans and ducks on the drain and had a look at the dogs on the bank but that was it. The occasional gunfire didn’t seem to affect her either. Sally is a very pretty girl with a sweet temperament.

You can read Sally's ongoing story on the forum in the Dogs for Rehoming section

<title>
Timmy - Dog - Greyhound - Male - Lincolnshire - Great Britain</title>
<link>http://www.petsr.org/animal?animal=461</link>
<description>Timmy is a very large silver brindle boy.

This handsome chap is a big boy who is a bit of a bruiser.

Timmy struts with the air of someone who knows the score, however, he rather likes a bit of the old fuss and attention on the quiet, but don’t tell anyone!

Timmy leaps in to the car and settles quickly.

Tim is very alert on the lead and pretty strong,

Tim was extremely interested in Mark and Emma's Staffie, although this did improve with time. there was a bouncing Doberman in the distance which got the barking treatment and Mark and Emma's Lurcher’s show-off fly pasts at 30 miles an hour certainly whipped Tim into a short frenzy of excitement.

Interestingly, in the garden, Tim was much calmer. He ignored Stripey and Jack for the most part and was happy to investigate instead.

Tim said a very vocal hello, with waggy tails to the retriever next door and came to Emma when called.

Think more testing needs to be done with a variety of dogs to see how friendly Tim is with anything smaller than a greyhound.

You can read more about Timmy and see pictures of him on the forum in the Dogs for Rehoming section.
